General Terms and Conditions of Sale – www.revespadel.com – Last update: 17/07/2025

Introduction

By placing an order on the website www.revespadel.com, the Customer enters into a distance sales contract with Reves Srl, registered office at V.P. Merolla 12 - Rome, VAT number 17048521003, and fully accepts these Terms and Conditions of Sale, drafted in accordance with current Italian legislation (Legislative Decree 206/2005 – Consumer Code) and European directives on e-commerce.

1. Shipping and Delivery Times

Orders are processed and shipped by Reves Srl from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipments are handled by express couriers who ensure traceable and timely service. Estimated delivery times are:
Mainland Italy: 24/48 working hours;
Southern Italy and Islands: up to 72 working hours or more, depending on location and courier logistics.
Europe and rest of the world 10-15 days

Important Note: Deliveries to Southern Italy and Islands may require longer than those to metropolitan areas in the North.

Responsibility upon receipt:
At the time of delivery, the Customer must check the integrity of the package. In the event of tampering or visible damage, the Customer must:
Report the issue to the courier before signing for delivery;
Contact Reves Srl within and no later than 10 days from the delivery date, at info@revespadel.com.

Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrectly shipped items received after this period will not be accepted.

Transfer of Risk under Art. 63 of the Consumer Code:

Until delivery to the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer, Reves Srl is responsible for the goods during transport. The risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer only upon actual receipt of the goods.

If the Customer chooses to return goods using an unauthorized courier or one not indicated by Reves Srl, the risk becomes the Customer's responsibility from the moment the goods are handed over to the carrier.

2. Payments

Purchases on revespadel.com can be made using the following secure and traceable payment methods:
PayPal: Immediate payment via PayPal account or linked credit card.
Credit Cards (Revolut, Visa, Mastercard, etc.): Real-time payment. No sensitive data is stored on our systems.
Klarna: Real-time or installment payment, according to Klarna’s options.
Satispay: Secure and immediate payment via the Satispay app.

All payments are processed via encrypted and secure connections. Reves Srl never stores payment card data.

3. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Art. 52 and following of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the receipt of goods, unless otherwise specified below.

Exclusion of withdrawal for customized products

Pursuant to Art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
“the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.”

Therefore, customized padel rackets made upon the Customer’s request cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of non-conformity.

4. Returns and Refund Policy

For non-customized products, the Customer may request a return under the following conditions:

Procedure:
1.Send a request to info@revespadel.com, indicating the order number and reason for return.
2.Follow the instructions received by email from Reves Srl, including the courier to be used.
3.Return shipping via the authorized courier will be free. If another courier is used, the costs will be borne by the Customer.

Conditions for return acceptance:
-The product must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered;
- It must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories;
- The return must be shipped within 7 days from the order’s receipt;
-Returns of damaged items or missing elements listed above will not be accepted.

Reves Srl reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or those not complying with these conditions. Exceptionally accepted returns may be subject to a penalty equal to 10% of the product’s value.

5. Legal Warranty

Under Articles 128–135 of the Consumer Code, all products sold by Reves Srl are covered by a legal conformity warranty lasting 24 months from the delivery date.

The Customer is entitled to:
Free repair or replacement of the defective product;
If not possible, a price reduction or contract termination.

Conditions for enforcement:
-The defect must be reported within 2 months from discovery;
Within the first 12 months, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise by the seller;
After 12 months, the burden of proof is on the Customer.

Exclusions from warranty:
-Damage from incorrect or improper use;
-Normal wear and tear;
-Damage caused by impacts, drops, or exposure to extreme conditions.

In doubtful cases, Reves Srl reserves the right to:
-Request photographic evidence;
-Request the return of the product for technical inspection;
-Issue an independent technical opinion before accepting a warranty claim.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These General Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the competent court is that of the consumer’s residence or domicile, as provided by Art. 66-bis of the Consumer Code.
Per ogni controversia sarà competente il foro del consumatore (residenza o domicilio), come previsto dall’art. 66-bis del Codice del Consumo.

7. Changes to the Terms

Reves Srl reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, in accordance with applicable laws. Changes will take effect from the date of publication on the website.
